家长该怎样去赏识性格内向的孩子、帮助他们更好的成长？父母要怎样培养性格内向的孩子，最大限度地激发他们的潜能, 而不是去改变他们的性格？
如果家里有性格内向的孩子，作为父母， 您会为他们担心吗？随着年龄的增长，内向的孩子将如何处理他们的内心世界与现实生活的矛盾与互动？在一个竞争激烈的社会里，他们是否有足够强大的内在动力去支持他们实现自己的梦想？或许，一些孩子是否会选择逃避，躲在自己的安乐窝呢？
为了共同探讨上述疑惑，第一百十七期活动 �如何赏识性格内向的孩子� 圆桌讨论会。在这次讨论中，我们期望能为您找到部分问题的答案。更重要的是，您的参与也许能启发您在教育子女方面更多的灵感与创意。

7:00 ~ 9:00pm: 是专题讲座

The Power of Introverts
How to cultivate introvert children to maximize their potentials instead of correcting their personality traits?
If you have introvert children at home, have you been worried about them? How will they manage to interact with the real world when they grow up? Will they have enough inner strength to pursue their dreams in such a competitive world? Or they will choose to withdraw and stay in their comfort zone?
The good news is we may have some answers for you, and more importantly we would like to invite you to participate in this round table discussion, where hopefully you will find useful ideas and insights that you can put into practice in your daily parenting.
Our round table discussion will be focused on the following key points:
The strengths of introverts ("SOFT power" )
Introvert vs. self-confidence
Introvert vs. perceptions
How to expand circle of influence
How does introvert make friends and socialize
